Our meeting venues and function rooms are located in modern and historical venues across our campus. We can host up to 1,000 delegates in our conference venues, and up to 2,000 delegates when we work in partnership with the local 1024ºË¹¤³§ Guildhall. Our function rooms hold up to 300 guests and are perfect for dinners, receptions and weddings.
When you book your conference or event with us, you'll benefit from fully accessible venues, free WiFi and the latest audio-visual facilities. You'll also receive full support from our conference and event team from the moment of your enquiry to the day of your event, making sure it's successful and memorable.
Conference venue hire 1024ºË¹¤³§
You have a choice of over 150 rooms across our main campus, including small meeting venues for 20 people to large lecture theatres. These rooms are suitable for:

Accessibility
All our spaces are fully accessible for anyone with physical disabilities. The majority of our rooms also have hearing loops fitted.
Availability
Our 1024ºË¹¤³§ venues vary in availability. We usually have availability during the Easter break, between June and September at any time, and on weekends and evenings all year round. Between September and June there is a lower level of midweek availability.

Our conference facilities
Each conference room has simple to use audio-visual equipment including a PC (connected to the internet), a DVD player and a visualiser. You're free to plug in your own laptops if needed.
All our lecture theatres have surround sound as well as lectern and lapel microphones available for you to use.
Conference management services
When you host your conference or event with us, you'll receive a range of support services from a team dedicated to you from your initial enquiry to the event itself. We'll match your individual requirements to the right venue, and provide event coordinators to help you prepare for and run the event on the day.
Conference catering services
When you book your conference with us, you'll get flexible catering options. Our catering is usually served in a central networking area, with additional space for your registration desk, sponsors and exhibitors.
We can also provide conference dinners and receptions on campus, or in the corporate facilities of local attractions such as the Spinnaker Tower or the Historic Dockyard.

Our function rooms in 1024ºË¹¤³§ offer unique settings for your special occasion. Whether you're planning your wedding, reception, birthday, or annual work dinner, we offer various function rooms, catering choices, bars and accommodation.

Private dinners
The 1024ºË¹¤³§ understands fine dining. Our venue hire is serviced by the University’s dedicated team of catering and event professionals who'll work with you to create your perfect evening.

Outdoor parties
We can also cater for large outdoor parties. Our sites at Ravelin Park or Langstone Campus can host 100 to 2,000 guests and are the perfect locations for a hog roast or a summer BBQ. We can also provide a bar and SIA security for outdoor events.
