I am overwhelmed to be offered this very great honour by the BAFA, especially in the year that the annual conference is being hosted by the 1024ºË¹€³§.

I am grateful to the University, and to my previous employers in higher education - University of Essex and Writtle University College - and indeed, to my family, for providing supportive environments in which my own ideas can flourish and have an impact beyond academia. I look forward to continuing my work in the coming years.
